2. Insurance Coordination
We share repair details, photos, and estimates with your insurance company and answer questions about the repair plan. Approvals and coverage decisions are made by your insurer based on your policy.
3. Disassembly & Damage Review
We carefully disassemble the damaged areas to look for hidden issues that were not visible at first. If we find additional damage, we update the repair plan and work with your carrier to review any changes.
4. Bodywork & Paint
Our technicians repair and straighten panels, then prepare the surface for paint. We apply primer and color to match your vehicle so the repaired areas blend with the rest of the finish.
5. Reassembly & Quality Check
We reinstall repaired and replacement parts, then check that panels, lights, and trim are aligned and operating as expected. We review the work order to confirm all listed repairs are complete.
6. Final Walkthrough & Pickup
When your vehicle is ready, we walk you through the repairs that were completed and answer any questions. After paperwork is finished, you can pick up your vehicle and head home.
